The 21-Day Yogic Transformation & Quantum Wellness Cleanse is specifically designed to follow a set of guidelines and precepts. You will be coached and guided everyday as we monitor your progress. Here are some of the things you will be required to do:
Eliminate 5 things from your diet
Practice intermittent fasting
Eat a "yoga" meal at least once a day using the 6-guidelines
Practice breathing techniques, yoga, better sleeping habits, meditations, and various forms of exercises
explore habit patterns & determine which are good, which do not serve you, and develop good habits in the form of rituals
Note: the YTQW staff will provide resources for you which will keep you inspired and motivated to succeed.
